Prospective Tenant Application

Thank you for your interest in docking at Gainesville Marina
If you would like to apply for a lease please fill out the following forms and email them to pamelacarlan@gainesvillemarina.com  your request will be processed within 48 hours. Please make sure all contact information is correct.
 
Please note our following policies and requirements
 

• All applicants may be subject to a credit check.
• All vessels must be insured
• No steel or wooden hulls
• All leases on any vessel 1999 or older will be pending till an inspection has been conducted to ensure vessel is sea worthy.
• Under no circumstances is tenant allowed permanent residence aboard vessel and will abide by Corp law.
